Teachers are discussing freely

     On Jan. 7th , Foreign Affairs Office and Foreign Language Department held a meeting aiming at summarizing foreigner teaching work of the second semester of the 2024-2025 academic year and providing a communication platform for Chinese and foreign teachers. Our Foreign Affairs Office invited Foreign teachers Ivy Jesscia Reiner Margarita and Hikuru Narumi, and 7 teachers of Foreign Language Study Department to attend this meeting. This meeting also enabled our office to know the lives of our foreign teachers and listen to their suggestions to our work of management and service.
    At the beginning of this meeting, Ms Yan, Dean of Foreign Language Study Department gave welcome speech to the attendees and appreciated the hardwork of every teacher. Holiday greetings were warmly extended and sincere New Year blessings were kindly expressed by her. She hoped that every teacher can gain more happiness in life and more achievements in teaching work in the coming year.
    Mr Wang, staff from Foreign Affairs Office, informed teachers of the winter holiday arrangement in detail and listed things that demanded attention one by one.
    Mr. Sun, director of Foreign Affairs Office, took this chance to ask for foreign teachers’ suggestions on our work of management and service and encouraged them to speak out their suggestions based on their teaching practices and thus to exchange teaching experience and ideas with each other.With encouragement of Mr. Sun.Foreign teachers gave their speech and spoke out their suggestions and questions.
  Mr. Shan, director of Teaching Affairs Office, summarized teaching affairs of this semester and answered foreign teacher’s questions concerning subjects arrangement of next semester.
  This face-to-face meeting enabled us to solve problems quickly and answer questions clearly. It was also beneficial to the improvement of foreign language teaching.
