December 31th is a special day, on which we say goodbye to 2011 and hello to 2012, on which we have many experiences to conclude and many envisions of tomorrow to outline. Therefore, our foreign affairs office invited Mr. Shan vice-dean of foreign language department, Foreign teachers Max Charl Tom Helen Gareth and Hikuru Narumi, and 5 teachers of foreign language department to attend a meeting held by our office called terminal review and holiday security meeting, aiming at exchanging teaching experience and achievements of this semester and providing a platform for mutual communication. This meeting also enabled our office to know the lives of our foreign teachers in a better sense and listen to their suggestions to our work of management and service.
At the beginning of this meeting, Miss Wang, head of our foreign affairs office delivered a welcome speech to the attendee and appreciated the hardwork of every teacher. Holiday greetings were warmly extended and sincere New Year blessings were kindly expressed by her. She hoped that every teacher can gain more happiness in life and more achievements in teaching in the coming year. She also took this chance to ask for their suggestions on our work of management and service.

Wang Dongming, member of foreign affairs office, informed holiday arrangement in detail and listed things that demanded attention and related to travel security one by one.
Mr. Shan, vice-dean of foreign language department summarize teaching affairs of this semester and spoke highly of every teacher’s hard effort and encouraged them to speak out their teaching suggestions based on their teaching practices and thus to exchange teaching experience and achievements of this semester with each other. Every teacher had a relaxed communication with each other with encouragement of Mr. Shan.
Spring festival is drawing near. We do hope that every teacher may enjoy a happy festival in our university and educate more students of higher competence with the guidance of board of directors in the coming year.
