It has been three years since our university was authorized to recruit and invite foreign experts to elevate our teaching level and enrich our university’s culture. Great improvement has been made with the help of our professional foreign teachers. Our students’ knowledge has been enriched while their eyesight has been broadened. Therefore, it is a trend that more foreign teachers of even better quality will be introduced into our university. Consequently it becomes much urgent that we，the foreign affair office, should receive more professional training in the field of foreign experts management to manage and serve our foreign experts better. Coincidently, the training class held by Henan Experts Bureau acted as a timely drink to feed our thirsty mind. The leaders of our university always pay close attention to the management of foreign affairs. They seized this chance and appointed a specific office worker, Wang Dongming, to attend this class . 
    This class began with the excellent presentation given by Zhao Lixian, the head of Culture and Education Section of National Foreign Experts Bureau. He outlined the introduction of foreign intelligence and explained many difficult and ambiguous terms with the use of simple expressions, casting light on our understanding of the management of foreign experts. Then it was followed by the speech from Xuhengzhen, head of Scientific Research and Foreign Affairs Section of Henan Educational Bureau, Shang Xuefeng, the head of Henan Exit-entry Administration Bureau, Wang Huaxing, deputy commissioner of Henan Foreign Experts Bureau, and other related directors. All of the speeches acted as critical keys to elevate our management level and enable us to offer better service and assistance to foreign experts.
    The guidance from our related leaders and the hardworking of   the entire staff guarantee our university a more promising future!
