On 19th of October, the police officers from Shangqiu Police Station, the Administration Division of Exit and Entry and Economic Developed Area Police Office came to our University to have a symposia with school leaders and foreign teachers.
    In this meeting, leader of Foreign Affairs Office, Vice-Dean of Foreign Language Department, staff of Foreign Affairs Office and our foreign teachers attended this meeting. We reported the managed situation of foreign teachers’ daily life and teaching affairs. Police Officers gave us high appraise of our managed work and told us about the laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China Governing Foreign-Related Matters and gave us the documents for us to learn, especially the safe management of foreign teachers is very important. We must perfect our regulations for foreign teachers gradually. At last, police officers communicated with our foreign teachers to concern their life in China and showed their grateful wishes for them to come to devote themselves to teach here. And they ensured to provide better service for our school.
    According to this communication, we know that how to do our work better, serve and manage foreign teachers well.
